The executive room was clean and comfortable, featuring a spacious bathroom. Location was convenient for local dining options, although the bar fridge was noisier than anticipated. Only one lift was operational, leading to occasional waits, which could be frustrating.

Location: the hotel was short walk to the railway station as well as central Perth. The breakfast was hot and for the juice to be refilled, the staff was top-class. The service was good with parking close by the property...

Fashionable and new-fashioned rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds and wake-up service. Marvellous and decent location - right next to Perth Arena. Set in a central area just off shopping areas and cafes/restaurants, the Perth Arena, and shops, restaurants and public transport.
Not so good views.

The location near major bus and train stations made exploring Perth super easy. The room felt spacious, withnice and neat beds. I appreciated having a stocked fridge and a coffee machine. The air conditioning rattled a bit, distracting at times. The noise from the TV remote issue was annoying but staff fixed it quickly. I had a decent experience with in-room dining, but the breakfast options were quite limited.

The rooms were excellent quality and brand-new, included complimentary wireless internet, a safe box, and a coffee machine. The location was absolutely perfect and incredible, just next door to Rac Arena. I ate in the casual restaurant nearby.

convenient city center location, proximity to public transport, quality in-room amenities
Air conditioning completely non-functional during a heatwave!!! Lack of thorough room cleaning, with minimal towel restocking may leave guests underwhelmed!!! A long wait for promised amenities like champagne leaves a disappointing impression!!!

I loved howsuper clean and cozy the twin room was, and the location was fantastic! It was very close to the train and bus stations, easy to explore the area. Plus, it was near the entertainment district, so we had plenty of options for things to do.
The air conditioning unit was quite noisy, a bit distracting during the night.
